Role: Area Parts Manager
Function: TBE - S&M - Aftermarket - Parts Retail
Reporting into: Regional Parts Manager
Level: AM/DM
Purpose of the Role
The position exists in order to achieve organizational goals, parts & lubes penetration and business plan with the objective of 6000 MINR by 2019-20 within the limits of organizational values.

Education
- B.E/B.Tech
Experience
- Min. 3 -5 years of relevant experience in automobile/ Auto ancilliary industries
Business Understanding
- Requisite knowledge of Techno – commercial, Good Business acumen, computer savvy and good knowledge of IT, SAP ECC, DBM, BI, Fiori, ILearn, Business forecasting and strategy making. Leadership skills and team management.
Area of Responsibility
Sales Strategy
Strategy Making: Required to make retailer wise, city wise, district wise potential mapping, and subsequent retail planning strategies. Ensure achievement of Spares Budgeted Secondary Sales through all distributors (On NDP) with equivalent Primary. ( Incl STU Sales wherever Applicable ). Ensure achievement of EGL Budgeted Secondary Sales through all distributors (In KL). Retail Network Development. In order to achieve: organization goal i.e. annual, quarterly, and monthly business plan.

Customer Engagement
Customer engagement is an activity in order to enhance relations and bonding with retailers and mechanics with EICHER Brand. Customer Connect / Loyalty Programs. In order to achieve: Brand visibility, Brand Awareness, Relationship and engagement with retailers and mechanics and work on POC.

Channel Competency Development
Competency development and training to the distributor sales force. System Adherence (MIS) / Reco facilitation. EGP Counter EOR Compliance / First Pick Execution from Counter. In order to achieve: enhanced sales targets, resolving customer complaints, sales loss analysis.

Team Management
Team management & Team handling. In order to achieve: desired results, route planning, marketing activities, team building to achieve the organization’s desired objective.
