Purpose of the Role
This role is responsible for driving the demand generation at workshops within the scope of aftermarket commercial policies and procedures.

AMC Penetration achievement against B.P Targets. Developing Soft product sales force at dealerships. Pipeline Management.Tracking and engagement with the customer for due renewals.

Timely regularization of Eicher Live Subscription.Initial Onboarding of customers on Telematics.Monitoring of SLA TAT for activation and hardware related issues. Monitor & report Feature Usage on Eicher Live Portal by a customer, engage with a customer for the usage of additional value delivery related features.

Secure Penetration achievement against B.P Targets ( HD & LMD, Bus combined) for their respective regions and respective verticals. Accidental claims update to regions ( Dashboard circulation, Monitoring of claims for customer satisfaction, coordination with TTIBI team for zero escalation).

Penetration on vehicle sales through dealerships & pipeline management.Activation of 100% dealers of your respective regions. Developing the ideal dealership in each region, i.e dealers who can be role-model for EW business for the region).

Activating all the dealers of the respective regions.NEW Vehicle: 100% distribution of cards (No of chassis sold = No of cards issued).
