Role: Zonal Marketing Finance Manager

Division: ETB

Function: ETB - S&M - Heavy Duty - Truck- Marketing Finance

Reporting into:  Head - Marketing Finance

Level: Dy Manager / Manager / Sr Manager

Purpose of the Role

To support commercial organizations in ETB / VTI for retail and wholesale financing.

Education

  • Graduate with MBA

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in retail and wholesale financing, preferably in the CV industry

Business Understanding

  • Understanding of retail and wholesale financing and CV industry.

Area of Responsibility

Finance availability

Branch level activation of Tie-up financiers for funding Eicher HD truck range in the command area. Ensuring at par funding on net transaction price for fundable customers.

Finance conversion

Rolling out incentive and subvention schemes for financiers to promote the faster conversion of deals. Organizing DSEs' training on credit norms of various Tie-up financiers to ensure the right profiles are logged in with the right financiers. Regular review of pipeline data along with the sales team to ensure the conversion of deals within agreed TAT with financiers. Minimizing loss due to finance through regular interventions.

Confidence building measures

Organizing joint activities with financiers to promote lead sharing and conversion. Organizing regular meetings of financiers with sales teams and dealers to strengthen relationships. Initiating confidence-building measures like plant visits for target financiers. Regular reviewing of Eicher portfolio in financiers' books. Helping financiers with remarketing and liquidation of repo trucks & buses.

To initiate and carry out activities to fulfill zonal/regional business priorities.

Inventory Funding availability

Facilitating activation of IF limits through Tie-up financiers. Helping dealers with renewals and enhancements of IF limits. Regular review of IF limits as per BP sign-off between sales team and dealers.

LMD & Bus funding

Ensuring funding availability for Eicher LMD and Bus range at par with the competition.
