The position exists to manage HR-related functions for IT, Finance & VECO Business Units across locations.

Minimum Requirements:
MBA- HR
Experience
Relevant Experience of 6- 8 Years (Automobile, Manufacturing Industry)
Business Understanding
To have a basic understanding of business to analyze the challenges to provide a solution from an HR perspective
Area of Responsibility
Recruitment & Induction
MRF creation and Approval Adherence to recruitment guidelines. Timely offer to candidates and regular follow up to increase the candidate connect even before joining. Induction programs for VECO employees to make them understand the process and policies. To ensure 90% manpower availability.

Employee Engagement
Institute Diversity & Inclusion across VECV with the objective of retention of women employees. Anchoring VGAS Action Planning across VECO, IT, Finance with the objective of an increasing score by 2% points across VECV Regular interactions with all employees to understand their issues. Building a relationship with businesses to understand the nerve of the organization. To ensure employee delight and maintain iteration below 10%

HR MIS & Reporting
Monthly Score Card Creations; Business Planning Activities, Control of Sanctioned Numbers, Inter and Intra Department Transfers management.
To provide clear pictures to management about IT, Finance and VECO.

Learning & Development
Identifying the training needs, functional, technical and behavioral. Motivating & encouraging employees and their Coaches to attend the same. Vendor, training content and location finalization on the basis of attendees and cost optimization- IT, Finance & VECO. To ensure an employee is upgraded with the latest market trends and are as per the competence expected by role.

HR Automation
Be the HR representative on decisions to be taken wrt to VE Connect, Provide all templates, information, formats as needed
Driving adoption among employees (IT, Finance VECO) on a new system. To ensure the adoption of a new system and ensure the authenticity of data related to IT & Finance.

People Process Management
All people process such as midyear assessment, end year assessment, annual work plan completion wrt competencies for existing employees and new joiners- IT, Finance & VECO. Providing policy clarification to Employees. To ensure employees are aware of processes and complete the processes on the system as per guidelines.
